MONEY BACK REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Store Credit is accepted for merchandise within 8 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags still attached. If 8 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any sale items, including purchases made using website discounts and/or discount codes.

What items are returnable?

Only full-price items are eligible for Store Credit within 8 days from the date of delivery.

ALL ORDERS HAVE A 24 BUSINESS HOUR PROCESSING TIME.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES, AS CARRIERS MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. It is the receiver's responsibility to locate packages. We will assist you and submit a claim if necessary. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address where someone can receive your package.
